STRATA TITLES GENERAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles General Amendment

Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Stratt Titles General Regulations 1985* are
referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 15A amended
3. Regulation 15A of the principal regulations is amended —
(a) by deleting "A proposed" and substituting the following
(1) Subject to subregulation (2), a proposed
(b)
in subregulation (1) by inserting after "purposes of section 5" the following
, 8 or 9 "; and
(c) by inserting after subregulation (1) the following
subregulation —
(2) A plan which has the effect of —
(a) creating more than 5 lots in a strata scheme; or (b)
creating, in a strata scheme, a lot that does not contain a dwelling unit,
is not exempted from approval by the State Planning ff. Commission by subregulation (1).
Schedule 1 amended
4. Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting item 3
and substituting the following item —
ti 3. The fees payable to the State Planning Commission shall be in accordance with the following scale —

For certificate of Approval to a Strata Plan, fees shall be paid according to the following scale:
