Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles (Fees) Variation Regulations 2015.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 27 April 2015.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of Schedule 1—Fees payable to Registrar‑General

1. Schedule 1, table, item 1(a)—delete "$152" and substitute:

   $283

2. Schedule 1, table, item 1(b)—delete "$152" and substitute:

   $283

3. Schedule 1, table, item 6(a)—delete "$413" and substitute:

   $283
