Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles (Fees) Regulations, 1988.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 September, 1988.

Interpretation

3. In these regulations-	(
"the Act" means the Strata Titles Act, 1988.

Fees

4. (1) The fees set out in Part I of the schedule are payable to the Registrar-General in respect

of the matters referred to in that Part.

(2) The fee set out in Part II of the schedule is payable to the South Australian Planning (

Commission in respect of the matters referred to in that Part.

(3) The fee set out in Part III of the schedule is payable to a council in respect of the matters

referred to in that Part. ·

(a)	for the deposit of a strata plan (including fees for examining the plan, entering
necessary memorials in the Register Book, and issuing new certificates) 264

plus $38.70 for each unit in excess of two comprised in the plan.

(b) for the amendment of a strata plan (including fees for examining any relevant plan,

making necessary amendments to the plan or substituting a fresh plan, amending or

endorsing existing certificates, or issuing new certificates, and substituting a new
