Made under the Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018 section 2(b) by the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018

Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2.             Commencement

The Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018, other than sections 1
and 2 and Part 3 Division 8, comes into operation on
1 May 2020.
