STRATA TITLES.

No. 31 of 1970.

AN ACT to amend the Strata Titles Act, 1966-1969.

[Assented to 27th May, 1970.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Strata

Titles Act Amendment Act, 1970.

(2) In this Act the Strata Titles Act, 1966-1969,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Strata Titles Act, 1966-1970.

Amendment

2. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended to s. 5. (Strata plan )

(a) by adding after paragraph (a) of sub- section (6) a paragraph as follows

(b) of the Town Planning Board con- stituted under the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928, under the hand of the chairman thereof, that the proposed subdivision of the parcel shown in the plan has been approved by the Board; ; and

(b) by repealing subsection (8).
