His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the Strata Schemes Management Act
1996. The increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.
This Regulation is made under the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, including sections 108 (2),
109 (2), 124 (c) and 246 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Strata Schemes Management Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2015.

2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

inspection
8 For giving a certificate under section 109 of the Act:

(a) if the request is an initial request or request made $109 and an additional $54 for
more than 3 months after a previous request by the a further certificate for a lot
same person in respect of the same lot comprising a garage, parking
space or storeroom that
services the lot the subject of
the first certificate
(b) if the request is made not more than 3 months after a $94 and an additional $47 for a
previous request by the same person in respect of the further certificate for a lot
same lot comprising a garage, parking
space or storeroom that
services the lot the subject of
the first certificate
