His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable to the Registrar of the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal and to the Director-General of the Department of Finance and Services (in effect, the Commissioner for Fair Trading) in connection with the administration of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.
The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index (rounded sections 124 (c), 162A (d), 178 (1), 196 (3), 209 (1) (b) and 246 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Strata Schemes Management Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2013.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
