STOCKTON SEWEKACJE ACT.

Act No. 47, 1932.

An Act to sanction the construction of works of George v,

sewerage for the town of Stockton; and for purposes connected therewith, [xkssented to, 21st December, 1932.]

~T3E it enacted l)y the King’s Most Excellent Majesty,

by and witli the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South

AVales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act may he cited as the Stockton Sewerage short title.

2 . (1) The carrying out of the works dcscril)cd in works

the Schedule to this Act is hereby sanctioned, and the Minister for Public "Works is empowered to carry out the said works.

(2) The plan of the said works is the plan marked The plan,

Stockton Sewerage,” signed l)y the Minister for Public ILorks, and countersigned by the Chief Engineer for IVater Sujiply and Sewerage, and deposited in the office of the said Minister.
