SCHEDULE.
Tuat land proposed to be acquired by the Departmeut of ilaiu Koads in connection with the construction, of au approach road to the new vehicular ferry dock at Stockton, and more particularly described as follows:—
AU that piece or parcel of land situate in the ilunicipality of Stockton, parish of Stockton, county of Gloucester, and State of Eew South Wales, being part of lot 7, depo.sitcd plan 16,805, part of the land eomprisctl in Certificate of Title, registered volume 2913, folio 79, parts of lots 22, 25 and 26, registered plan No. 188, the whole of lots 23 and 24, registered plan No. 18b, part of the land shown on plans catalogued in the Department of Lands Ms. 2,075 3fd., Ms. 2,076 Md., Ms. 2,077 Md., Ms. 2,07S Md., and the wliolc of the land shown on plan Ms. 2,030 Md.: Commencing at a point on a south-western side of Fuller ton-street bearing south-easterly and distant 18.46 links from the north-eastern corner of lot 7, deposited plan 16,805; and hounded thence on the north-east by part of the south-western side of Fullerton-street a.s aligned i)eariiig 147 degrees 46 minutes 4,5 seconds 189.55 links; tlience on the south hy part of the southern boundary of lot 25, registered plan No. 188 bearing 270 degrees 16 minutes 2.33 links; thence on the south-east by a marked iine bearing 216 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds 195.8 links to the south-western boundary of lot 22, registered plan No. 188; thence again on the north-cast by part of that boundary of that lot bearing 15.5 degrees 21 minutes 6.54 links to a northern side of Factory- Etrect; tlicnee again on the south by part of that side of that street bearing 270 degrees 16 minutes 107.1 links; thence again on the south-east by part of a north-western side of Factory- street bearing 190 degrees 33 minutes 235.24 links to the southernmost corner of the land in Certificate of Title, volume 2,913 folio 79 aforesaid; thence on the south-west by part of the south-western boundary of the land in the Certificate of Title aforesaid bearing 324 degrees 59 minutes 41.88 links; thence again on the south-east by a marked iine bearing 216 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds 346 links or thereabouts to the high-water mark of Port Hunter; thence generally on the south west hy that high-water mark; thence on the north-west hy marked lines bearing .36 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds 632 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary of the land in Certificate of Title, volume 2,913 folio 79; tliciicc again on the
