An Ordinance to make perpetual an Ordi- nance intituled " an Ordinance to provide further remedies against Trespasses by Live Stock, and to promote the construc- tion of Fences."
HEREAS an Ordinance was passed in the tenth year of the preamble.
WReign of Her present Majesty, intituled "an Ordinance to
provide further remedies against Trespasses by Live Stock, and to
promote

promote the Construction of Fences," which said Ordinance is shortly about to expire: and whereas it is expedient that the said Ordinance should be continued :—Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, that the said Ordinance shall be and the same is hereby made perpetual.
