72 Stock Routes and Rural Lands Protection Board Validation Act 1986, No. 5 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Stock Routes and Rural Lands Protection Board Validation Act 1986. 2. Declaratory provision . It is hereby declared that- (a) the Stock Routes and Rural Lands Protection Act AmendmentAct 1981 (other than sections 1 and 2) commenced on 1 January 1982; (b) the appointments of the nominee of The Committee of Direction of Fruit Marketing to the Stock Routes and Rural Lands Protection Board by notifications published in the Gazette on 13 February 1982 and 7 July 1984 were valid appointments and took effect on those dates. 3. Repeal of Act. The Stock Routes and Rural Lands ProtectionAct Amendment Act 1981 shall be repealed on the commencement of the Rural Lands Protection Act 1985 (other than sections 1 and 2).
