s1 2 s3 Stock (Infected Area) Amendment (No. 2) No. 357, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Stock (Infected Area) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Notice amended 2. This notice amends the Stock (Infected Area) Notice 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Movement of horses, donkeys and mules) 3.(1) Section 4(2)(a)(ii)— omit, insert— ‘(ii) within infected area 1—for exercise, training, racing or competition;’. (2) Section 4(2)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) for infected area 2— (i) if the chief inspector issues a travel permit under section 21 of the Act for the movement of a horse, donkey or mule to a stated place for isolation, testing or treatment—to the stated place; or (ii) within the part of infected area 2 outside the boundaries of Lot 1 on RP 115032 and Lots 1 and 2 on plan L371181—for exercise, training or competition; or (c) for infected area 3—if the chief inspector issues a travel permit under section 21 of the Act for the movement of— (i) a horse, donkey or mule to a stated place for isolation, testing or treatment—to the stated place; or (ii) a horse into infected area 1 to a stated place for exercise—to the stated place’.
