2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on hich these regulations are published in the Gaze ile;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on I July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Stock (Identification and

Movement) Regulations 1972.

4.             Regulation 13 replaced

Delete regulation 13 and insert:

The fee payable f'or a copy of infbb1-mation concerning any registered brand contained in the register is the appropriate fee set out in Schedule 2.

5. Schedule 2 replaced
Delete Schedule 2 and insert:
