Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Stock (Identification and Movement)
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Stock (Identification and Movement) Regulations 1972*.

3.             Regulation 6 amended

an NLIS device under regulation 84B of

Regulation 6(2) is amended by inserting after "ear"

or applying an NLIS device in accordance with Part 8A

of the Enzootic Diseases Regulations 1970

4. Regulation 11A amended
Regulation 11A(a) is amended as follows:

(a)	by inserting at the end of subparagraph (i) — " and ";
(b)	by deleting subparagraph (iii) and inserting instead

(iii) if the calf is required to be identified by

5.            Regulation 20 amended

Regulation 20(1a) is amended as follows:

(a)	by inserting at the end of each of paragraphs (a) to (1) — " and ";
(b)

in paragraph (1) by deleting "Part 9" and inserting " Part 8A ";

(c) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (n) and inserting instead

(o) the date of the movement of the stock.
