STOCK (IDENTIFICATION AND MOVEMENT) ACT 1970

STOCK (IDENTIFICATION AND MOVEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Stock (Identification and

Movement) Amendment Regulations 1997.

Schedule 2 amended

2.     Schedule 2 to the Stock (Identification and Movement) Regulations 1972*

is amended —

By Command of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(a) by deleting "23.00" in the 2 places where it occurs and substituting in each place the following —

" 24.00 ";

(b) by deleting "117.00" in the 2 places where it occurs and substituting in each place the following —

" 120.00 ";

by deleting "36.00" in the 3 places where it occurs and

(c) substituting in each place the following --

" 37.00 "; and

(d) by deleting "12.00" and substituting the following — " 13.00 ".
