s1 2 s7 Stock Identification Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 239, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Stock Identification Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 October 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StockIdentificationRegulation 2005. 4 Amendment of s 48 (Transaction tag requirements) Section 48(3) and (4)— omit. 5 Omission of pt 4, div 3, sdiv3 (When cattle need only bear a permanent tag or a transaction tag) Part 4, division 3, subdivision 3— omit. 6 Omission of s 73 (Selling agent’s obligation to ensure particular bobby calves bear a saleyard post-breeder tag) Section 73— omit. 7 Omission of s 95 (Bulls born before 1 July 2003 not from place with a ‘T’ status) Section 95— omit.
