His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Stock Foods Act 1940.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 1 to the Stock Foods Regulation 1997 so as to declare sorghum ergot to be a foreign ingredient for the purposes of the Stock Foods Act 1940 and to specify that the maximum proportion or amount of sorghum ergot that may be contained in any stock food is 3,000 grams per tonne.
This Regulation is made under the Stock Foods Act 1940, including sections
7 and 35 (the general regulation-making power).
