STOCK DISEASES.
No. 26 of 1966.
AN ACT to amend the Stock Diseases Act, 1895-1960.
[Assented to 27th October, 1966.]
RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent
Majesty, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council and the Legislative
Assembly of Western Australia, in this present
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:—
Short title

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended amended.
by adding after the interpretation, "Owner.", the
following interpretation-
"Poultry."—Any poultry, poultry products, the carcase or any portion of the carcase of any poultry, newly hatched chickens, or the eggs of any poultry for hatching purposes or for food purposes: .
3. Section five of the principal Act is amended emended.
by substituting for the words, "five hundred pounds" in the last two lines of subsection (3), the words, "one thousand dollars".

| (a) | by substituting for the words, "one hundred pounds" in lines one and two of paragraph (9c) of subsection (1), the words, "two hundred dollars"; and |
| (b) | by substituting for the words, "Five hundred pounds" in the last line of sub- section (2), the words, "One thousand dollars". |
