To amend the Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933-1958.

Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under I THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Common- ,

wealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1955.

STOCK DISEASES ORDINANCE 1959.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Stock Diseases short tme and citation-
Ordinance 1959.*

(2.) The Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933-1958,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933-1959.

2. Section eleven of the Stock Diseases Ordinance offences.

1933-1958 is amended by omitting paragraph (c) and inserting
in its stead the following paragraph:—

" ( c ) except in pursuance of the written permission of an inspector and in accordance with the con- ditions specified in the permission, sells or offers for sale or purchases or receives for purchase any infected stock;".
