AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933-1939.

I THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Common- Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under

wealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1955.

STOCK DISEASES ORDINANCE 1958.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Stock Diseases ^
citation- Short titIe
Ordinance 1958.*

(2.) The Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933-1939,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933-1958.

2. Section twelve of the Stock Diseases Ordinance 1933- Regulations.

1939 is amended by omitting paragraph (d) and inserting in its

stead the following paragraphs:—

" (d) the prevention of the introduction of disease into,
or the spread of disease in, the Territory;
" (da) the regulation and control of the use of semen in

the artificial insemination of stock; ".
