His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Stock Diseases Act 1923.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to remove a requirement from the Stock Diseases (General) Regulation 1997 to give written notice of an infestation of footrot in sheep and goats. Such notice will in future be given under section 9 of the Stock Diseases Act 1923.

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Stock Diseases (General) Amendment (Footrot)
Regulation 2000.

2 Amendment of Stock Diseases (General) Regulation 1997

The Stock Diseases (General) Regulation 1997 is amended by omitting clause 13.
