NO 21—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Stock (Chemical Residues) Amendment Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 October 1996 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1 [ [16] in so far as it inserts sections 12C and 12E (2)) commences.
