s1 2 s3 Stock (Cattle Tick) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2002 No. 334, 2002 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Stock (Cattle Tick) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Stock (Cattle Tick) Notice 1993. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Definitions) (1) Section 5— insert — ‘ “approved person” means a person approved by the chief inspector.’. (2) Section 5, definitions “clean inspection”, “supervised” and “visually clean inspection”, after ‘inspector’— insert — ‘or approved person’. ENDNOTES 1.
