STOCK (BRANDS AND MOVEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 2) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Stock (Brands and Movement)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day the Stock (Brands and

Regulation 11B inserted

3.     After regulation 11A of the Stock (Brands and Movement) Regulations

1972*, the following regulation is inserted —

Prescribed stock — section 50

11B. For the purposes of section 50 of the Act, the animals that are prescribed stock are any horse, cattle, sheep, swine, goat, buffalo, deer or camelid.
