STOCK (BRANDS AND MOVEMENT) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1992. These regulations may be cited as the Stock (Brands and Movement)

Principal regulations

are referred to as the principal regulations. In these regulations the Stock (Brands and Movement) Regulations 1972*

Schedule 1 amended

3.      Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended -

(a) following - in Form No. 2 by deleting "the sum of $31" and substituting the

the prescribed sum "; and

in Form No. 4 by deleting "Transfer fee of $25 herewith." and

(b) substituting the following -

The prescribed sum is enclosed herewith.

Schedule 2 repealed and

a Schedule substituted

4. Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is repealed and the following
