STOCK (BRANDS AND MOVEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS
1993
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Stock (Brands and Movement)
Amendment Regulations 1993.
Regulation 11A inserted
2. After regulation 11 of the Stock (Brands and Movement) Regulations 1972*,
the following regulation is inserted —
11A. For the purposes of section 30 (2) (a) of the Act, the prescribed details of identification that are to appear on an appropriate waybill are —
(a) in the case of a calf —
(i) the sex, breed and colour of the calf;
(ii) the registered brand of the proprietor of the calf;
(iii) under regulation 80 of the Enzootic Diseases if the calf is required to be identified by a tag Regulations 1970, the number of that tag; and
(iv) if the calf originates from a registered dairy herd,
the licence number of that dairy herd;
or
(b) in the case of a foal —
(i) the sex, breed and colour of the foal; and
(ii)
the registered brand of the proprietor of the ff foal.
