STOCK (BRANDS AND MOVEMENT) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

(b)	in Form No. 4 by deleting "$24" and substituting the following —
" $25

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Stock (Brands and Movement)

Amendment Regulations 1991.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Stock (Brands and Movement) Regulations 1972*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule 1 amended

3.      Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in Form No. 2 by deleting "$29" and substituting the following —

" $31 "; and

Schedule 2 repealed and
a Schedule substituted

4.   Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is repealed and the following
