s1 2 s6 Stock Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 No. 331, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Stock Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Stock Regulation 1988. 3 Amendment of s 9 (General introduction requirements) Section 9(6)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) the Stock (Cattle Tick) Notice 2005 .’. 4 Amendment of s 68 (Fees) (1) Section 68(3), ‘a cattle tick infected area of the State’— omit, insert— ‘the Queensland cattle tick infected zone’. (2) Section 68(4)(b), ‘cattle tick infected area of the State’— omit, insert— ‘Queensland cattle tick infected zone’. 5 Amendment of sch 6 (Notifiable diseases) Schedule 6, ‘cattle tick infected area’— omit, insert — ‘cattle tick infected zone’. 6 Amendment of sch 7 (Fees) Schedule 7, item 4, ‘a cattle tick infected area’— omit, insert— ‘the Queensland cattle tick infected zone’.
