s1 2 s4 Stock Amendment (No. 2) No. 190, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Stock Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Stock Regulation 1988 . ˙ Amendment of s 45D (Carrying out the programs) 3. Section 45D— insert— ‘ (2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that a reference in the standard definitions and rules to a CVO is, despite section 6, taken to include Queensland’s chief veterinary officer.’. ˙ Repeal 4.
