2 Stock Amendment (No. 1) No. 252, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Stock Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. Sections 4 and 5 are taken to have commenced immediately after the commencement of the Primary Industries (Variation of Fees) Regulation1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Stock Regulation 1988 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.5A (Fees) 4.(1) Section 5A(4)— omit. (2) Section 5A(5)— renumber as section 5A(4). ˙ Amendment of Schedule 6 (Fees) 5. Schedule 6, items 7, 8 and 9— omit, insert— ‘ 7.
