1. The applicant seeks an extension of time in which to file an application for special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland, which dismissed the applicant's notice of appeal.

2. The application discloses no error in the decision below. Accordingly, it would be futile to grant an extension of time that is sought. Special leave should be refused.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal and order dismissing the application.
