STATUTORY RULES
REGULATION UNDER THE STEVEDORING INDUSTRY ACT 1956-1966.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting
with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and being satisfied that registered
regular waterside workers in the port of Broome in the State of Western
Australia are required to attend or make themselves available for employment
from day to day for part of the year, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Stevedoring industry (Ports) Regulations
The First Schedule to the Stevedoring Industry (Ports) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the words—
“ Broome in the State of Western Australia ”.
