Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of Levy) Regulations (Repeal)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister for Industrial Relations by the Stevedoring Industry Finance Committee established by the Stevedoring Industry Finance Committee Act 1977 with respect to the rates of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Stevedoring Industry Levy Act 1977, make the following Regulations under the Stevedoring Industry Levy Act 1977.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 September 1995.

2. Repeal of the Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of Levy) Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1991 No. 13, 1992 No. 84 and 1994 No. 290 are repealed.
