1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of
Levy) Regulations.*1*

STEVEDORING INDUSTRY LEVY (RATES OF LEVY) REGULATIONS - REG 3 Interpretation
3. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Stevedoring Industry Levy Act
1977.
STEVEDORING INDUSTRY LEVY (RATES OF LEVY) REGULATIONS - REG 4 Rates of levy
4. For the purposes of the provision of the Act specified, in column 2, in
an item in the following table, the rate specified, in column 3, in that item
is prescribed:
