  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of
Levy) Regulations.*1*

Repeal 


  2. Statutory Rules 1978 No. 246; 1983 No. 2; 1984 Nos. 12, 170 and 446; 1985
No. 84; 1986 No. 371 and 1989 Nos. 279 and 401 are repealed.

Interpretation 


  3. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Stevedoring Industry Levy Act
1977.

STEVEDORING INDUSTRY LEVY (RATES OF LEVY) REGULATIONS - REG 4 
Rates of levy 


  4. For the purposes of the provision of the Act specified, in column 2, in
an item in the following table, the rate specified, in column 3, in that item
is prescribed:
