I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Stevedoring Industry Finance Committee Act 1977.

1.1 These Regulations commence on

 18 August 1994.

2.   Repeal of the Stevedoring Industry Finance Committee Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1991 No. 15 are repealed.
