1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Stevedoring Industry Finance Committee Regulations 2001.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amount for contracts (Act s 19)

For section 19 of the Act, the prescribed amount is $350 000.
