STEVEDORING INDUSTRY CHARGE REGULATIONS - REG 1.
Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stevedoring Industry Charge Regulations.*1*

STEVEDORING INDUSTRY CHARGE REGULATIONS - REG 2.
Commencement
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the date fixed under sub-section (2) of section 2 of the Stevedoring Industry Charge Act (No. 2) 1967.*1*

STEVEDORING INDUSTRY CHARGE REGULATIONS - REG 3.
Interpretation
3. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Stevedoring Industry Charge Act 1947-1967.

Prescribed amounts for purposes of section 5
Substituted by 1971 No. 67 r. 2 Sub-reg. (1) amended by 1972 No. 19; 1973 No. 146; 1974 No. 268; 1975 Nos. 152 and 189; 1976 No. 65 4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph (a) of section 5 of the Act, the amount per man-hour is $4.00.
Amended by 1973 No. 146; 1974 No. 268; 1975 No. 189; 1976 No. 65 (2) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of section 5 of the Act, the amount per man-hour is $4.75.

(3) For the purposes of paragraph (c) of section 5 of the Act, the amount per man-hour is $2.85.
