STERN
v
CITY OF ADELAIDE
[2021] HCASL 241
A32/2021
The applicant seeks an extension of time in which to file an application for special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of South Australia, which dismissed her application for permission to appeal.
The application discloses no error in the decision below. Accordingly, it would be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought. Special leave should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal and order dismissing the application.
