Application for approval of the Stegbar Pty. Limited (Lansvale) Enterprise Agreement 2023
Stegbar Pty. Limited T/A Stegbar has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Stegbar Pty. Limited (Lansvale) Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 29 September 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2026.
The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
