PAR'r [,- PRELIMINARY. 1. This Act may be cited as "The Statutory Short title. Salaries and Allowances Act of 1950." 2. This Act is divided into PartE!, as follows:- Parts of Act. V. thereof and by inserting, in lieu of those repealed s. 21. subsections, the following subsections, namely :- "(1.) The salary of the member of the Court designated as President of the Land Court shall be at the rate of two thousand three hundred and fifty pounds per annum. (2.) PART IlL-AMENDMENTS OF *" THE AUDIT ACTS, 1874 TO 1948." 5. (1.) This Part of this Act shall be read as one with *" The Audit Acts, 1874 to 1948." (2.) *" The Audit Acts, 1874 to 1948," and this Part of this Act may collectively be cited as "The Audit Acts, 1874 to 1950." Repeal of and new s. 2 of 17 Geo. V. No. 5. 6. Section two of t" The Audit Acts Amendment Act of 1926" (as inserted by subsection two of section three of t" The Statutory Salaries Act of 1948") is repealed and the following section is inserted in lieu of that repealed section, namely;- Salary of Auditor· General. "[2.] (1.) The salary of the Auditor-General shall be at the rate of two thousand three hundred pounds per annum. (2.) The salary of the Auditor-General payable under this section shall be a charge upon and be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue which is hereby appropriated accordingly."
