STATUTORY SALARIES ADJUSTMENT ACT.

Act No. 71, 1964.

An Act to increase the salaries of the Judges of the EUzabcthn,

Supreme Court and District Courts and of certain other Judges and of the holders of certain other statutory offices; for this and other purposes to amend the Constitution Act, 1902, the Supreme Court and Circuit Courts Act, 1900, the District Courts Act, 1912, the Public Service Act, 1902, the Western Lands Aet of 1901, the Valuation of Land Act, 1916, the Industrial Arbitration Aet, 1940, and certain other Acts in certain respects; to repeal the Statutory Salaries Adjustment Act, 1963; to validate certain matters; and for purposes connected therewith. Short title

(2) Any allowance to which the holder of any office referred to in subsection one of this section is entitled under that subsection in respect of any period before the day upon which Her Majesty’s assent to this Act is signified shall be reduced by the amount of any allowance to which he is or was entitled under the Statutory Salaries Adjustment Act, 1963, in respect of that period.
