1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments (Exemptions from Expiry) Amendment Regulation 2024.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 31 August 2024 at the end of the day.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Statutory Instruments Regulation 2022.

4   Amendment of s 5 (Exemptions from expiry for other subordinate legislation—Act, s 56A)
