2 Statutory Instruments Amendment (No. 8) No. 382, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Statutory Instruments Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1— insert— ‘13. A statutory rule under section 18(10) of the CriminalLawAmendment Act 1945 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 4.(1) Schedule 2 (item 4)— omit, insert— ‘4. A statutory rule under the Land Act 1962 (other than a statutory rule under section 339 or 383). ’. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘10. An order in council under section 105A of the Harbours Act 1955 . ’.
