2 Statutory Instruments Amendment (No. 5) No. 197, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Statutory Instruments Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1, item 9— omit, insert— ‘ 9. An order in council made under or for the purposes of any of the following provisions of the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act1982 — (a) paragraph (a)(iii)(B) of the definition “statutory body” in section 3; (b) section 14(5), 35(3), 36, 47 or 50. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 4. Schedule 2, after item 8— insert— ‘ 9. An order in council made under or for the purposes of the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsAct1982 (other than an order in council mentioned in item 9 of Schedule 1). ‘ 10. An order in council under section 8 of the RiverImprovementTrustAct 1940 . ’.
