2 Statutory Instruments Amendment (No. 3) No. 460, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Statutory Instruments Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1— omit, insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1 section 2(3) 1. A notification under section 13 of the Stock Act 1915 . 2. A notice under section A2.01(b) of the Poisons Regulation 1973 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 4. Schedule 2 (items 4 to 8)— omit, insert— ‘ 4. Any statutory rule under the Land Act 1962 (other than a by-law under section 339). 5. An order in council under section 91 of the Harbours Act 1955 . 6. An order in council under section 45A of the Local Government Act 1936 . ’.
