This regulation amends the Statutory Instruments Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 3.(1) Schedule 1, as heading— insert— ‘ STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS THAT ARE SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ’. (2) Schedule 1, item 8— omit, insert— ‘ 8. A standard under the Meat Industry Act 1993 .’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 4.(1) Schedule 2, as heading— insert— ‘ STATUTORY RULES THAT ARE NOT SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ’. (2) Schedule 2, items 5 and 10— omit . (3) Schedule 2, items 6 to 9— renumber as items 5 to 8. (4) Schedule 2, item 11— renumber as item 9.
