2 Statutory Instruments Amendment (No. 2) No. 57, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Statutory Instruments Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1, after item 4— insert— ‘ 5. An order in council under section 33 or 34 of the Superannuation(Government and Other Employees) Act 1988 . 6. An order in council under section 3.4 of the Superannuation (StatePublic Sector) Act 1990 . 7. An order in council under section 13 of the ChemicalUsage(Agricultural & Veterinary) Control Act 1988 . 8. An order in council under the Primary Producers’ Organisation andMarketing Act 1926 (other than an order in council under section 30(7), 37(1) or 46(2)). 9.
