2 Statutory Instruments Amendment (No. 2) No. 328, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Statutory Instruments Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1, after item 6— insert — ‘ 7. A notice under section A2.01(b) of the Poisons Regulation 1973 . ‘ 8. A statutory instrument under section 16, 19(1), 34(4), 58(1)(b), 110(2)(a), 134(1) or 135(2) of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1989 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 4. Schedule 2, after item 4— insert— ‘ 5. An order in council under section 81, 91 or 136A of the Harbours Act 1955 . ‘ 6. An order in council under section 7 of the Canals Act 1958 . ‘ 7. An order in council under section 45A of the Local Government Act 1936 . ‘ 8. An order in council under section 6 of the Supreme Court Act 1921 . ’.
