Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryInstrumentsRegulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Exemptions from expiry under part 7 of the Act) (1) Schedule 3, entries for CreditRegulations1988 , Proclamations made under the Maintenance Act 1965 , section 98, Maintenance Regulation 1967 and StockRegulation1988 — omit.
