Statutory Declarations Regulations2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Statutory Declarations Act 1959.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Statutory Declarations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[Note: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule (Persons before whom a statutory declaration may be made)

2.1   Schedule, Part 1:

After “Pharmacist”, insert:

“Physiotherapist

Psychologist”.

2.2   Schedule, Part 2:

After “Credit union officer with 5 or more years of continuous service”, insert:

“Fellow of the National Tax Accountants’ Association

Finance company officer with 5 or more years of continuous service”.

2.3   Schedule, Part 2:

After “Master of a court”, insert:

“Member of the Association of Taxation and Management Accountants”.
